I’m excited to welcome today’s guest, Melissa Rohlfs, who is committed to empowering women to break free from dieting, emotional eating and self-image issues so that they can ditch the diet mentality and feel empowered in their own skin. 

Melissa is a certified holistic health and life coach who helps busy women find freedom and feel at peace with their food, bodies and their lives. She teaches women easy new strategies they can use to feel better, instead of turning to food for relief.
